Zarucci at the Royal Wedding

Today Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tied the knot in Windsor and we had the pleasure of creating a Zarucci Gown for a young beautiful lady, Faith Dickinson. Faith is from Peterborough Ontario and was invited to the Royal Wedding.

CBC Television stated “Justin Trudeau, Barack Obama and Donald Trump all missed out on invitations to the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. But a 15-year-old girl from the Peterborough, Ont. area scored one. Faith Dickinson is one of seven Diana Award recipients, according to a news release.

The Diana Award, created in honour of the late Princess of Wales, is given to young people who are "changing the world… through kindness, compassion and service."

Dickinson started a project called Cuddles for Cancer when she was nine, after her aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her aunt told her how cold she would get during her treatments, so Dickinson set out to make her a fleece blanket.”

Faith looked beautiful in her gown which was made in her favourite color. It was 100% silk and hand beaded lace, her fascinator was made by Toronto’s Royally trained milliner David Dunkley.

Faith has stated to the media that it was her dream dress. 💕

Thank you Faith for picking Zarucci to be your gown designer on such on important occasion. It was an honour! Keep spreading love into our communities. Xo

Fascinator was made by Royally trained milliner David Dunkley.
